[1] PFP = Predictable Fees Program.SM Monthly flat rate quoted applies to employers with up to 49 workers (employees, full/part time, and independent contractors). Monthly flat rate increases $100 per every 50 workers.
[2] LCP = Litigation Credits Program.SM Monthly flat rate quoted applies to employers with up to 49 workers (employees, full/part time, and independent contractors). Monthly flat rate increases $200 per every 50 workers.
[3] Both the PFP and LCP programs are intended to be “unlimited” preventive advice programs. However in order to protect against excessive use, Vision Law reserves the right “look back” over any consecutive three month period and to bill for “excess usage” as defined in the PFP/LCP agreement. Generally, excess usage is defined as greater than 6 hours over any three month period under the PFP/LCP agreement and greater than 9 hours over any three month period under the LCP agreement. Vision Law reserves the right to bill the client for excess usage at a 20% discount off its normal hourly rates in effect at the time of excess usage. Vision Law’s intention is to exercise this right only if client usage is consistently in excess of the maximum hours allowed under the PFP over a period of time so as to maximize value to our clients while maintaining some level of protection for “excess usage.”
[4] We return your call/e-mail within one half business day or your next month is free. Certain restrictions apply. See PFP/LCP agreement for details.
[5] SIR = Share In The Risk Litigation Defense Program.SM The SIR is a litigation defense program that is billed by the hour, but discounts Vision Law’s standard hourly fees depending on the outcome of the litigation.
[6] “Win,” “Lose” or “Tie/Draw” is defined on a case by case basis with client input in the event a lawsuit is filed. Therefore “Lose” will be defined only after a lawsuit is filed against the PFP/LCP client.
