SCOTT SHIBAYAMA: I’m Scott Shibayama, founder of Vision Law Corporation®. I graduated in 1994 from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and have been practicing for approximately-what is that, 13 years now-coming up on 13 years.

My skill set, I believe, you know, is, is geared towards the practice of law. I’m good at communication skills and, and writing, and I like to argue. So, you know, I figure that’s what trial lawyers do.

I’m well equipped to represent our small business clients because number one, I’m an entrepreneur first and at heart. I always had a great instinct for business. I’ve got a great business background. I have an undergraduate degree in business with an emphasis in accounting.

I believe my clients would describe me as being very different from the traditional lawyer-approachable as opposed to being standoffish and being arrogant and all the things you think of as being the typical high-powered lawyer. I come across the opposite of that with the same sort of skill set.
